Walls Up kitchen pods come pre-installed with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as key appliances and elements.
Using kitchen pods lowers construction costs by reducing construction time, improving quality, and eliminating common defects found in traditional construction. Walls Up’s off-site pod construction eliminates the need for the multitude of trades that are required to complete the process on-site. Thus, reducing the amount of highly skilled labor that is required at the job site.
After being constructed in our controlled environment facility, Walls Up kitchen pods are safely transported to the site location, where the pod is placed into its final location and connected to the MEP connections from the building. It’s that easy!
